Craig Drops Out of Senate Race:  J.D. Wilson Now the Leading Conservative in GOP Primary to Replace Debbie Stabenow in the Senate.

Wilson, who has built his campaign around ending illegal immigration and stopping Joe Biden’s inflation and out of control spending “Dead in its tracks,” is now strongly positioned in the “conservative lane” to defeat establishment career politicians Meijer and Rogers in the GOP Primary.

Michigan businessman J.D. Wilson issued a statement regarding former Detroit Police Chief James Craig dropping out of the U.S. Senate Republican primary due to lack of support.

“Michigan has suffered under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ incompetent immigration policies as well as issues like crime, trade with China and a war on the middle class through inflationary policies that run up the national debt and waste billions of taxpayer dollars to subsidize the swamp in Washington, D.C.  I compliment Chief Craig for his efforts and wish him the best in his future endeavors.  While I have been traveling across Michigan and attending every debate and public forum possible to gain the trust of Republican voters, today’s developments show that it is the wiser course to meet and talk directly to the people of Michigan.  To build momentum and support, you must earn the trust and confidence of the voters by debating the issues face to face.  Former Congressmen Peter Meijer and Mike Rogers should take heed and come out of hiding to defend their insider / liberal records in Washington and as tools for the liberal media.  We need a strong contrast to Joe Biden, Elissa Slotkin and the radical democrats in the fall, not go along to get along politicians who can’t take the heat,” stated Wilson.

Michigan Republicans are looking for a fresh face with courage and new ideas to move Michigan into the future.  Like former President Trump, J.D. Wilson is a successful businessman who is running for office to help save America and protect the people of Michigan from Joe Biden’s radical agenda.  As a newcomer to running for political office, J.D. Wilson has a compelling life story and a focus on critically important issues that contrasts well with the failed career politicians of both parties and make him ideally suited as the Republican nominee to reclaim this seat in November.

An early leader in the technological revolution, Jeff (J.D.) Wilson was born in Southfield and raised in Lansing, Michigan. He graduated from Lansing Eastern high school in 1984. Afterwards, J.D. attended Michigan State University where his abilities to identify the future utilization of technology grew beyond traditional educational methods.  In April of 1994, J.D. launched his IT career for Compuware Corporation, assigned to State of Michigan PROJECT MAIN where he participated in the modernization of Michigan’s statewide accounting and procurement systems.  He is a nationally recognized leader in using technology to make government more efficient for taxpayers.

J.D. Wilson is a devoted family man who has successfully raised four wonderful boys into now young men with his loving wife Lynda.
